I had a good experience with Sonic Auto delivering my car from coast to coast (FL to CA). Jay provided good customer service and was very attentive. The carrier/driver they used was not as professional but that wasn’t really in their hands at that point. My car made it safe to an address nearby the one I provided which is the reason I gave 4 stars. They could’ve dropped it off at the address I provided but the driver “couldn’t fit” (yet I’ve seen trucks their size make it through plenty of times). Otherwise, good and speedy service.
