Sonic-Auto was able to get my car delivered on time and my agent (Clinton Blair) had good communication with me leading up to my car being picked up. The reason why I'm giving their service 3/5 stars is because I ended up paying $360 more than initially quoted. On the day that my car was supposed to be picked up my driver texted me saying that he was unable to pick it up for some weird arbitrary reason. Clinton was able to find a driver for me shortly after but I had to pay way more than I was quoted for. They stated it was due to the holidays and such but it really hurt when I had to hear that. I had no choice but to accept since I needed my car, the cancellation fee, and supposedly prices would sky rocket after New Years. Is that true or a bait-switch tactic? Who knows.
