My car was transported and arrived on time. For that I gave 5 stars. Being canceled the morning of shipment was not acceptable. For that I give 0 stars. Judy was helpful and assisted when I was notified my original driver backed out. I give her 5 stars for stepping in. She found another driver, same day, but was told the new driver wanted more money. I was happy with the transport and driver, I was not happy to be charged an additional $300, which, if I didn't agree to pay, I would not have been able to ship my car that day. Kind of held hostage at that point, didn't have much of a choice. After reading some other reviews, I fear this may be a Common practice. Get a guarantee! Even though I had a contract, they still demanded more money.
