I had many questions before the move - how much weight can the car carry, interpretations of the contract, etc and Emma was patient and informative answering all of them. Furthermore, she made sure to reply ASAP always. There were more than a few instances when she answered an urgent question early morning or late at night, outside of working hours. We are so grateful for her.
