This company is horrible! I recently read a review that stated communication and reliability of this company is extremely poor. Unfortunately, I booked their services prior to reading the reviews. They quoted me one price that was reasonable and confirmed that my car would be delivered on the same day as pick up. Not, only did they not deliver my car on the assigned date, but they ended charging double the price of the quote on the day of pick up. This is one unorganized and questionable transport service., stay far away.

Dear R. Antonie, On behalf of the entire Sonic Auto Transportation team, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for letting you down. As far as we were informed, the was only one driver available on your route and he wanted extra for this job since he was far and it took him additional time to pick up your car.
