Bottom line up front here, if you care about your vehicle purchase and want piece of mind, go pick up the car yourself. I’m reading the reviews and Yes, I feel everyone’s frustration. I too was quoted a reasonable price for enclosed transportation only to get the same story, driver took a different route and they had to find another driver. A week later the car got picked up but the price went up even under signed contract. The transportation company turns off your onboard vehicle tracking so you don’t really know where your car is, vehicle delivered a day late. Discrepancy on the odometer reading between what the dealer noted on the dmv paperwork but transportation driver will say the dealer has a copy of the paperwork yet still red flags given the tracking was disabled under the hands of transportation company. Why turn off tracking? Again, recommend go pick up the car yourself, it’ll cost about the same but you get to see the car before accepting the keys and know no questionable wondering what’s going on while at the mercy of some broker and long haul trucker. I give 2 stars because my car did arrive though late and at a higher price even with a signed contract…they will tell you, well you can cancel at anytime. Be careful
