John Gardner did what he could to the best of his ability. However, because the original driver bailed and another more costly driver was found, I had to pay a greater fee than was agreed on. In my opinion, if a contract is signed for one price and for a certain day the company should honor that price, and eat the difference. It's bad business not to honor the agreed-upon price especially when the delivery has to also be rescheduled.
