This is my first time using an auto transport company, and from the start, the service was excellent! The broker, Chelsea Young, was extremely helpful. The quote & contract was clear and straightforward. Chelsea explained the process to me, and she stayed in communication with me to ensure that the vehicle was picked up. The driver, Marcos, was professional and friendly. He let me know when he was within 2 hours of picking up and dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered a day ahead of time. I am so grateful for this team and will use Sonic Auto Transport again!
