I made a deal for a price to ship my vehicle amonth ahead. At the 11th hour their driver claims breakdown. Sonic claimed to be unaware. Then Sonic offered ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. It appears their plan all along was to squeeze me for more money when I was up agains the wall. From what I have learned, this practice is rampant in the industry. Frankly, I do not know what to suggest. ALSO WORTH NOTING: IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THIS SITE IS RUN BY THE INDUSTRY AND IS UNRELIABLE! I WILL BET THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW NEVER SEES THE LIGHT OF DAY. Dear Gordon, We are very sorry that we could not get you a carrier for the dates you requested. Please, give us another chance to find you a different carrier. Your sipping agent was calling every driver on our list in order to get a carrier on your route. We are so sorry to let you down. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
