My daughter was on her way home to MI from FL she broke down in Tennessee. I have never used a transport service and was overwhelmed with calls and text, even gave a deposit to another company who said my car would be picked up in a day and it still wasn't 5 days later. Emma Taylor contacted me and within a day my car was picked up and on its way home. She was professional and kind and very understanding at my frustration with the situation.
