An Administrative Mess/ Save your money

Pay more if you have to but don't use this service. First, they could not type. All documents I was asked to sign were filled with incorrect phone numbers and names; never corrected them which is now creating panic. The person doing the contracts and scheduling is very hard to understand and communication is difficult. She takes no accountability for her work or the process. They committed to a pick up today, Tuesday April 20, 2021. Yesterday they sent me an email that they can't get a driver at the cost quoted. They needed additional $200. I was frustrated but wanted to get the car back east as soon as practical so I agreed to pay more. Later I unexpectedly got an email asking me to resign the agreement. Unfortunately, it sat a while because I have a job and was not sitting around waiting for another piece of paper I needed to rush back to her. She never let me know something would be coming. I asked when the vehicle would be picked up. She indicated this afternoon. So, I made arrangements to be there so my daughter didn't have to juggle the one year old and messing with the driver and car. Just before 9:00 am I got a text from an unknown number with an ASAP request but without any clear indication of what was needed. This turned out to be the driver. I also got a "call me asap" text from Sonic. The number on their form for the pick up and delivery were not correct (which I had already told her last week) so the driver couldn't get ahold of my daughter to pick up the car this morning. This morning! What the hell. I had to coordinate for someone to help my daughter while she messes with the car and driver this morning. I talked with the driver who was not willing to come in the afternoon as agreed. Don't use Sonic Auto Transport. I will update the review once and if the car arrives at the destination.
