Sonic Auto Transportation sent me a quote EVERYDAY to book with them and we finally decided to give them a chance. They quoted me for the pick up which would of been on TOMORROW and sent me the contract on yesterday to sign. I signed the contract confirming the pickup and gave them my credit card information. On today, they decided to call me ONE day before we relocate to a different state and cancelled on us! Not only did they play us but they stated that they called us on last week but I received NO CALLS or NO VOICEMAILS. I work 10-12 hour days and this move is already terrifying. I really trusted this company and they spit in our face. They called today to tell us not only did they cancel but they found another company but the price was $165.00 more. This move is already costing a fortune and it wasn’t my fault they cancelled but they couldn’t match our original quote that’s on CONTRACT or that the quote email. Now we have to find another moving company and most likely have to pay more money. This company really sucks. Communication is TRASH!!! I’m highly disappointed.
