Horrendous Service

Horrendous service. This company let me believe until the last minute that someone will actually pick up my vehicle in CA to be transported to MA. The office girl, Kylie was trying to convince me that someone will pick up the car on an enclosed trailer. As I was asking for the name of the transporter and proof of insurance I was told that the truck "magically" broke down right before piking up my car. Also instead in putting some effort into fixing the problem, Kylie was on a tight schedule and her office hour would end at 2:30 PM, not willing to do any overtime to fix the problem. I understand you work on a fixed schedule but a little bit of courtesy goes a long way. That being on Friday, I was left with no other options but to look for a different transportation company. Save yourself the aggravation and look for reliable transportation companies.

Dear Iulian, we are so sorry to let you down. Unfortunately, it's a common problem for your route to receive cancellations from the drivers since they often change routes and cancel on us. But we are working hard to be able to provide you with the best options. As per your shipping agent, Kylie, we made sure to talk to her and explained all the importance of good customer service and she promised to handle her orders in the best way. We will keep an eye on her job. Once again, we apologize to cause you trouble and hoping for your understanding!
