Sonic Auto Transport failed me

I contracted with Sonic a month in advance to move my car from Florida to Pennsylvania at a very good rate. II confirmed multiple times that everything was good for pickup on the agreed date. On the day of pickup, I was contacted by a driver who assured me of pickup after a truck repair, then at the end of the day he cancelled. Sonic was unable to locate a replacement driver and I now have to pay extra for a guaranteed pickup as I depended on the reassurance from Sonic that all is good. The sonic representative, Amanda, was courteous, friendly and responsive, but ultimately was unable to arrange transportation for my vehicle. I will never use Sonic again.

Dear Jay, We are so sorry that we couldn't meet your time frames and find you a driver. Amanda was working hard calling all the companies that operate on the route FL - PA, but unfortunately, no one was available.
