Received a quote to ship from Murrieta, CA to Fort Worth, TX. I reluctantly signed the contract with Jake after going back and forth with him bc the contract and quoted price was very vaguely written. Jake told me the car can be picked up Saturday. After signing the contract on Friday, Jake did not answer my phone call or text for 2 weekend days. On Monday, another agent, Miles, contacted me saying that Jake is sick and he will be taking over. Okay, fine...Thursday comes, Miles calls me saying the car can be picked in the next three hours but with a new price, $165 more. Gave a lot of reasons why the price is higher and that he has been calling many carriers and that was the best deal he could get. I canceled the contract for one reason- they can't do it for the price quoted. All I got was wasted time and headache from this company who offer quotes they can't carry out, bad communication, and the feeling of being taken advantage of- whether they meant to or not.

We called every driver in your area to find someone who could pick it up on the date needed, but unfortunately, there was just one with the late pickup.
