Worst experience ever

From the moment I choose this company it has been nothing but a nightmare. I had to speak to several different representatives because oddly enough they quit the company which should have been the first red flag. Second red flag came when the company charged my card before the car was even picked up (the day before). To add more insult to the situation they didn't even pick up my car on the day I had agreed to, I had to call multiple times and no one answered I was convinced this was a sign not to go through with them. They apologized and offered me a measly 50 dollars off I didn't think it could get any worse. Even after they picked up my car they continued to charge my card! Almost 350 dollars was taken from me and even after confronting them they continued to make excuses, I sent screenshots and everything proving the money was taken out of my account. Please do not use Sonic auto I would hate for someone else to go through this nightmare of an experience. I don't doubt that there are some shady business practices going on with them please beware!
