Bad experience with driver

We received our car in the good condition and on time. However, the driver was EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with and we ended up being charged an extra $75 last minute because he claimed we lived in a remote location. Our location is St. George Utah which is not exactly a small town. The driver got lost and said he could not find our house or make it down the main street of our city. He made us drive all over town trying to find him! I guess he couldn't read a map. We ended up having to meet him on the side of the interstate to make the transaction and to finally receive our vehicle. He still made us pay them the extra $75 even though we had to come all the way out to them on the side of the busy interstate. It was very stressful and I would not recommend it to anyone! The pick up of the vehicle was a mess too! He said we had to meet him at a local parking lot because he could not come down our street so we met him in the agreed upon location only to have him call us and say he was waiting at our house. Martin (the sales man)was very professional and quick to respond but the overall experience was awful and expensive!
