All rudeness & total lack of customer service

Booking the automobile shipping was incredible. Easy, polite, entire charge to our account was processed promptly.

Monday, day of the pickup comes, no pickup. Even when I called them to confirm the Friday before. I have to call them to find out that they will not pick up because THEY are delayed. We reschedule for Wednesday. No pickup on Wednesday because they are "running a little behind". Pickup "could be" Thursday or, if not, Friday. Thursday passes by and beautiful Friday morning comes. I again call for a status on my pick up and the lady provides me with the phone number for the trucking company. Even when I pay them to schedule and process this shipment, THEY want ME to call the trucking company and follow up with them. However, she tells me to call her back in 1/2 and hour. I call the polite lady again in 1/2 hour, she still doesn't have a status. Call her back in 1/2 hour and at this my husband points out to her that the trucking company does not work for us, that they booked it! She doesn't want me to tell her what her job is. Completely rude she tells us that "If we want our money back, fine, she doesn't need it!" and hangs up the phone on us. I call again to try to clarify this situation and have the shipping cancelled after such scene and now she tells me to "READ THE CONTRACT" because I have a cancellation fee of $250.00 (which is by the way stated in the paperwork, no doubt). She again hangs up on me.

I HAVE to call the trucking company for a follow up. I'm actually in the process to get a status on my pickup, they just called me again and say they're still delayed and they can schedule for next week. I don't even know if I will be able to get a full refund. If you are looking for cheap service, here it is. If you want reliable, courteous service, don't look here...at least until they get rid of the woman that treated me like a piece of crap.
