I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, however I had to make others be aware of this company. I am definitely not the one to complain about anything. I do not understand how this company has so many positive reviews, I honestly think they pay their employees to write reviews to get customers. I scheduled transport 2 WEEKS in advance for my vehicle to be picked up, contracts were signed, and pick-up was scheduled. Have not heard anything from Smart Talk since contract was signed. I had to contact the company myself to verify status and all representatives were confused and said they had to check with their dispatch. Spoke on the phone with Nicholas (supervisor) who was extremely rude and had very poor customer service- the man even threw his employee, my primary contact Mario, under the bus stating that he had no experience, was excited about the contract, and was technically still in training (after a month). The absolute WORST customer service I've ever had in my life.

Updated Review/Response 9/19:

Who in their right mind would allow a company to continue to handle their account after being treated so poorly? I am complaining about Smart Talks service and having better people skills. My contract was signed on September 6th and pick-up was scheduled for September 18th. After initial contact was made, I never heard back from Smart Talk. I had to contact them the day prior to "scheduled" pick-up for status update. They told me they were going to call me back (again) and still have not heard anything from them. So over an hour later, I call back again to see if they found anything and encountered the worst service ever from a SUPERVISOR, after having so much patience with this company and being brushed off to the side. So yes, since I'm moving I had to go into hustle mode and reach out to other transport companies (which I straight up told the supervisor I would do and he said ok) on September 17th which is out of their 10 day window. Again, I was in contact with them the entire time, not the other way around. As you can see Smart Talk continues to point the finger at others, even at their own employees, when they should really take responsibility and own it. At the end of the day the supervisor realized the price that was given to me initially was under shot, they probably weren't going to make money, and tried to hustle me for more. I'll tell you what, have the customers play our telephone recording and let them decide.

Irma, really? I'm from FL. This situation was already taken into account, this is why my primary contact and I pushed it back 2 weeks because of those conditions! Pick up was scheduled over a week after Irma hit and those who evacuated were already well on their way back home. I'm having my vehicle transported INLAND, into Pembroke Pines, FL. I am absolutely fine with waiting, but being treated poorly is absolutely unacceptable. This is why I am writing this review, not recommending anyone to this company, and decided to go with another company. All I asked was for clear and polite communication. I mean, that is how you earn business right? Hopefully, this will be a teachable moment and Smart Talk will actually earn those positive ratings.

First and foremost, we were never given an opportunity to honor the contract being that the first available pick-up date listed on the contract is 9/18 and he posted this review on the 17th. Furthermore, our contract allows 10 days to pick-up the vehicle and this client had already double booked with Move Wheels before his first available pick-up date had arrived. Thirdly, the contract was created 2 weeks in advance as he stated and there was no way to foresee the impact of Hurricane Irma and the ensuing backup of cars wanting to make this same transport. The client was alerted that we were dealing with circumstances outside of our control that elevated the current market price for this route and that in order to be successful more money might be needed. We attempted to secure transportation for this client, but before the first available pick-up date he already posted this review. So clearly, he made no honest effort to allow us to fulfill the contract.
