I have been trying to ship my recently purchased car from In. to Ms. for 3 weeks with dispatchers promising the world and not being able to complete
the transaction. Some dispatchers are heartless not caring if they can ship a car or not. Being frustrated having signed a contract with a transporter and no feedback from this individual, I was about to give up. The day for pickup came and went until I received a call from Smart Talk Transport. Vincent C. was the broker who promised to work for me to get a driver. He called me back within a few hour to tell me he had a driver for the same price he quoted and the car would be picked up the following day. Vincent walked me through the contract and said he would call me back within 15 minutes and he did. He gave me the drivers name and phone number and time estimate for delivery. Today is the next day and I received a call from the person I bought the car from to say the driver picked up the car and it was on the way. That's what I call a job well done! Obviously Vincent is a professional broker who dotted all the i's and crossed the t's. I would highly recommend Smart Talk Transport and Vincent as an A1 Broker!
