I would not recommend using Smart Talk. I initially booked my order through Oscar Rodriguez who I believe is the VP of the company. Oscar was nonresponsive whenever I attempted to make contact with him and he never returned my phone calls. I was eventually turned over to Victor who worked diligently on my behalf until things fell apart while he was out of the office. My order was then taken over by Warner who eventually set me up with a driver who wanted me to drop off my vehicle to him and then use my vehicle to take me back home. I felt that was very shady and unprofessional. I also felt that the driver would drive my car while it was in his possession if I had allowed him to transport it. I notified Smart Talk that I was canceling the services and asked for a refund. They only gave me half of my refund back saying that I cancelled after they dispatched the vehicle. The fact of the matter is that I was not going to allow some shady driver to transport my vehicle and run the risk of him driving my vehicle. Smart Talk obviously does not obtain reputable and professional drivers to transport your vehicle so buyers beware. I do not recommend use of their services. My advice is to never pay a deposit. There are companies out there who do not require a deposit. I would strongly suggest using those for obvious reasons.
