Was guaranteed a Friday pickup and a call back from Chris, placed order and guy disappeared, tried calling and texting him yesterday as well as today, which it is now Thursday afternoon. To this point he has not responded at all. Ever since I signed the agreement the guy has disappeared. Absolutely unacceptable! Terrible customer service!
