A Smart Auto Transport representative (Kaveen), located in Clermont, Florida, arranged for the transfer of our 2001 Honda Civic from Florida to California in a professional manner and with amazing efficiency. Our contract was faxed to Smart Auto on Friday and by the following Monday, Kaveen had already arranged a driver for pick-up and provided all the details (driver’s name, company, phone number, estimated pick-up and delivery dates). Boris with AMD Trucking kept us informed with his truck’s location and provided very accurate pick-up and delivery window times. He was very courteous and accommodating, especially when his truck was unable to access both the pick-up and delivery points (neighborhood streets too narrow). He worked very effectively with us to identify successful alternate locations. We have realized that not all auto transport companies perform their tasks this flawlessly as Smart Auto Transport and AMD Trucking did. This is due to our first attempts with two other companies that failed miserably and included the loss of seven weeks in the process. Because Smart Auto Transport was so efficient in the process of delivering our 2001 Honda Civic, we plan work with this company again when transporting another vehicle that we need to move across country.
