Let me start by saying I am so glad I didn't see these reviews before I used Skyline, they would have made me run in the opposite direction! That being said, I had nothing but excellent service from these guys. I have transported vehicles on 3 prior occasions, so I know what to expect. I used a broker this time around and my original quote was lower, but they never answered the phone, never returned my calls or e-mails (in fact, the e-mails were all kicked back to me) and, in the end, they basically stood me up so I had to re-submit the order.

I got a call from a different broker (Laura & Mike from Safeway Car Transport) who were prompt, courteous and efficient. I asked for a same-day pick up with just about a 5 hour deadline since I was getting on a plane, and they sent a truck in about 2 hours! Super-prompt pickup! The original driver who picked up the car (Richard) was in & out with the car very quickly. The day before delivery I got a call from Martin to tell me to expect a call that night or the next day from the delivery driver. The next day I got a call about 2 hours before delivery. FYI, the driver has a VERY difficult and thick accent so try your best to get all the delivery details sorted out with Martin or another native English speaker because I grew up in SoCal and have heard every Asian accent on the planet, but this dear gentleman (Won?) really has a hard time with English. He will understand you perfectly, but I guarantee you won't understand him so work out the delivery details with someone else before Won contacts you.

I am very happy to say that Won delivered my car early and in perfect condition. These guys did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again. Thanks for a job well done!
