Not Good Experience

Picked up car a day early which left us without transportation for a day before we flew out.

Charged an extra $44 dollars to come to Santa Clarita, CA which is less than 15 miles from Los Angeles. (Cascade Shippers were kind enough to split half the cost.)

Poor communication. Couldn't understand anything the dispacher or driver said to us.

Changed delivery time in Florida 3 times then delivered the auto at 10PM on a Sunday night.

Had to go down to a shopping mall parking lot to pick up the car instead of delivering it to our home.

Informed us Saturday night when banks were closed that they'd prefer cash instead of cashiers check because the driver needed to buy gas to get to the next destination. They don't have a credit card??

Advice: When you book your car for transport through the broker, ask what Shipper they use and then go on line and get a review of the Shipper.

If they use Skyline Express, don't book it! Cascade is reviewing this experience with Skyline

1. Price Cascade was quoted differently from us than what you were originally quoted. Carriers normally ask for extra money when the original quote is insufficient than the market rate 2. Communication I have 5 dispatchers who communicates with 500 different customers per month. Communication is two way conversation. We cannot communicate with you because you do not listen when someone try to deliver message to you. How was it possible to schedule 3 times if you couldn't understand a word we said 3. Meeting Location We can go to almost everywhere except some narrow road or streets with low hanging trees which can possible damage the vehicle. Maybe not yours but as a owner of this company I have obligation to ensure the safety of all the other customer who ships with us. If meeting the driver within 2-3 miles away from your house caused serious inconvenience I do apologize. 4. COD You were notified to pay the driver with Cash or Cashier's Check at the time of the delivery. Not once but multiple times from brokers, our dispatchers, and the driver well in advanced. If you had not prepared for it, that is not something we can do. FYI, Our drivers put fuel with COMDATA FUEL CARD which gives more discount than cash price.
