I have called the company before to make sure some details about the transport before I place an order. A deposit amount of $200 was deducted from my account and there is no email confirmation or what so ever. So I emailed them and asked for my confirmation number and to confirm the date and time of the pick up. They still didn't give me a confirmation number but said that it they will pick up the vehicle 2-3 days after the first available day. It was very vague, so I emailed again. I emailed three times and called and left ten or more messages. They never pick up the phone or call back or reply to my emails. They are really irresponsible. Now that I emailed them to cancel the order because they have made me wait too long and it was an urgent shipping, I found another company. If they are not going to reply and return my deposit, I am going to call the police to deal with this irresponsible company which really is just a fraud.
