FRAUD FRAUD... Criminals behind the name!!! They stole $50 from me!!!

This company gave what I thought was a good low quote. That was only to find out after two weeks that they still had not gotten anyone to pick up my bike. I tried to call and they ignaored my calls. The could not contact me nor give any information on what was going on. After almost three weeks I went with another company. I am glad I did finally got my bike delivered to my house. I was extremelly upset that I had not seen the reveiws prior to contracting with these clowns. It would have saved me 50 dollars and 18 days of open ended promises. This company is a piece of work in that they cannot fulfil their obligations. The are a sorry company that needs to be banned from doing business. Folks say that only the bad comments make this review website but that is false, these dirtbags only get bad comments left. This company is terrible at everything. They were rude to my wife and ignored her calls. Only after an additional 14 days did I get my $150 back. So I guess $50 is blown on this sorry #$% company. Do not deal with these guys at all!!!!

I am sorry you feel so upset and poorly about our company however we were in contact with your wife throughout the length of the order. We had a couple drivers assigned to pickup but they had issues with mechanical and time frames which is out of our hands and they cancelled with us. That is why we provide estimated time frames and not guarantees. The $50 that was not refunded is an agreed upon administration fee that we charge for all the work our company does do on an order (phone calls to drivers, emails and faxes in order it get a vehicle picked up). We are not scammers or liars or cheats or fraud and you put it. We are a very hard working auto transport broker doing the best of our ability to assign a driver, I am sorry things did not work out with this customer but we did do all things possible to get customers motorcycle picked up. Thank you
