Okay, so I've been all over the net looking for someone to transport my brand new motorbike from the city it broke down in to my home. I read a lot of reviews and collected a lot of price quotes. I noticed this must be one hell of a field for customer service, because only half of the people that post were happy with the service that they acquired. The primary reason that I chose Silva was because their price quote was among the lowest that I received and their hate mail primarily consisted of situations that I thought left some doubt as to the credibility of the customers. I held my breath and took the leap.

I was quoted between 2 and 5 days for pick-up and 1-2 days for delivery. That was Tuesday afternoon. My bike arrived that same week, on Thursday afternoon. No damage, very friendly courier and he was willing to accept a personal check for the remainder.

My brief telephone conversations with the employees at Silva were very positive, informative and upbeat. I couldn't be happier with the service that their courier and they have provided. Try to remember that SAT is a very small company owned and operated by a husband and wife team. I honestly got the impression that I was talking to real people and that made a lot of difference in my feeling towards them, as well.

Good luck to you and with whomever you choose, but if I need to do this again my money will be on Silva.
