Don't let the bad reviews posted here stop you from using these folks. They do a LOT of business and apparently only the disgruntled leave reviews. But I had excellent communication with the folks at Silva and the same goes for the driver. He was on time, polite and accommodating. They answered the phone every time I called and patiently calmed me through the process as I had just been burned with Trustytransport.com who never answered any of my emails (they made promises of dates and times they never kept, FYI). The price was more than fair and they allow items to be transported in the back seat which was very helpful for this cross country move.
