I set up transport with Silva because they had the lowest quote of course. I contacted them a week after setting up transport and they told me they had a driver and the car would be picked up in 1 or 2 days. One week later I called again and got the same answer. One week after that and still no contact from Silva. By this time the person I bought the car from was beginning to loose patience with the car still being there. I finally had enough with their lack of service a month after setting up the transport and switched carriers. I was NEVER contacted by them. It was very hard to get in contact with them during their normal business hours.
