Their website states: "deposit is included in your quote and is refundable". BUT, read the fine print in the contract. This outfit makes their money routinely off of cancellation fees hidden in the fine print. Refunds are only available in full after your transport request has sat on the national dispatch service for 30 days.

They underbid the transport (for me $950 for coast to coast), where $200 is their profit/fee. I've been told by EVERY other company I contacted, that it was IMPOSSIBLE to transport my vehicle from coast to coast for $750.

Silva keeps $100 of the $200 deposit. What's worse is I paid an additional $30 to have the transaction be paid in full by credit card. They're also keeping that $30.

Look up the number of complaints they have at the Better Business Bureau of California. It's staggering.

Don't fall for the courteous phone conversations which only last until you start to question why your car hasn't even been SCHEDULED for pick up, let alone actual delivery.
