UPDATE - Still Not Here
Silva claims to have given high customer service, if never recieving the vehicle is high customer service Id hate to see poor service. You will notice in their response none of the complaints were actually adressed only surrounded by more lame excuses and lies.Surprisingly the better business bureau only showed 6 complaints .Soon it will be 7.

"Well sir its not like ordering a pizza.", it takes time to transport a vehicle.
This was one of the many condescending comments made by the employees of silva after my ATV hadnt been picked up after 19 days. Some other intelligence insulting responses were that no vehicles had been transported from Fla. to Pa. in the past 18 days due to problems experienced by the carrier industry. When I requested to speak to the company owner "kori" refused to divulge even his name! However she did agree to give him my info. when she heard from him which is once or twice a month she said. The estimate I was given for pick up from Fla. was 1-5 days the actual time was 20 days. The estimate for delivery to Pa. was 3-7 days. The actual delivery time is as of yet unknown as today was day 8 since the ATV was picked up and it is STILL NOT HERE! If you need a vehicle moved dont use this company.

Dear Consumers, Yes all dates given to Mr. Harmon were only estimates and not guarantees, however his vehicle being an ATV he was cautioned on a longer pickup and delivery time due to the availability of motorcycle/ATV trucks in his area. Our call log shows that we received up to 10 calls a day from Mr. Harmon and that on 2 separate occasions Mr. Harmon became very irate and verbally abusive to our dispatch department almost bringing one of the FEMALE dispatchers to tears. Once our MALE office manager spoke with Mr. Harmon his tone and foul mouth changed and seemed to be a bit more pleasant and understanding. He was explained to about the transport industry and that unforeseen delays do occur. The assigned company transporting his ATV had called Mr. Harmon and explained in detail about the mechanical problems they were experiencing with their truck but he should have his ATV shortly. Although we did not appreciate the verbal harassment of Mr. Harmon, Silva Auto Transport always gave him the highest level of customer service. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you, Silva Auto Transport
