I decided to use this company out of 1,000 other because of their reviews. Everyone seemed 100% satisfied. I got a quote which I though was amazing! 600.00 to move my car with 100.00 deposit. COD. OK, I can do this. I called and talked to Scott. He was extremely informative and helpful, so I thought. He faxed me over my order form to sign and I faxed it back. Done deal I thought.

Two days before my car was scheduled to be picked up Adrien calls me. He called to inform me that Scott quoted me two low and my car will not be able to be moved unless I pay 350.00 more dollars. TWO DAYS before I am getting on a plane to be out of the state. TWO DAYS before my car is going to be picked up. All other transport companies require at least a 5 day notice and I have two days! I had no choice but to agree to pay the 350.00. Adrian apologizes and told me Scott was "remanded". I asked what "remanded" meant. Was told, all his orders are being monitored. Seriously?! Thats what remanded means.

So the next day I called Adrian and agreed to pay the extra cost. I called early am and was on hold 8 minutes before I could ever talk to him. I had to hang up re-listen to my voicemail just for his extension, god knows how long I would have been on hold if I didn't hang up. After agreeing Adrian e-mailed me yet another contract agreeing to pay the increased cost. I faxed it back. I would say about an hour maybe an hour 1/2 later my phone rings. I notice it is the companies number, I answer dreading the call afraid it is another increase in price or something else has gone wrong. When I answered it is a man named Jason who informs me that he is canceling my order! My heart sank into my stomach and I can feel the tears swelling up in my eyes. What, why?! is all I could get out of my mouth. He tells me that I just called there questing who he was. I did what? The last person I talked to was Adrian earlier who I just faxed a contract back to. He tells me no, he just talked to me and I was questing who he was and that I didn't believe he was a manger and he is canceling my order. I told him he just called my cell phone and I don't know what he talking about. About 5 minutes of arguing with him that I did not ever talk to him before. I called earlier this morning asking to talk to Adrian and was put on hold, but as for me calling and questing him for whatever reason. It wasn't me. The he tells me "maybe I am pulling his leg, but someone just called him." Why they choose to call me and threaten to cancel my order is beyond me. After Jason agreeing to continue my order 30 minutes later a "shipper" calls me telling me he has a tow truck driver on the phone and can pick up my car early if I want. 7 hours later my car is picked up by a wonderful man who told me I do not need to ever go through these people again. That he would ship my car if I needed it done just to call his company directly.

I was horrified by my experience and never would want anyone to go through what I went thought.
