I wanted my vehicles to be moved from Connecticut to California. They were supposed to be picked up on the 23rd and I kept calling them (when they mentioned that every time they would call back and never did). My move was very time critical and they screwed me royally by taking my 250$ and keeping me hanging. The worst part was Adrian (from dispatch) kept saying that he will get it done and its his word and kept lying every day and stretched it till today morning and finally I could not stand being made a fool. Initially I did not believe any of the reviews, I thought that they must be manipulated but believe me guys most of the reviews paint a very correct picture of this service provided. DON'T USE SHOWTIME AS THEY ARE A BIG GROUP OF LIARS. I have all the evidence and proof if anyone needs to verify.
