In all honesty people I am a very open minded person and as honest as I can be. Being a military member having integrity and being honest is a must! I was suppose to have my car picked up on the 27th and saw nothing! I got one phone call saying the carrier was on his way and that was it. It is now oct. 2 and still no show. I called to get my deposit back bc of the lack of communication from the dispatch to me who constantly forwarded my calls to Voicemail and the lack of communication from dispatch to the carrier. They thought my car got picked up which shows a week later there was no communication! Refused to give me my deposit back bc I was nice enough to give it a day or so bc i am a pretty laid back guy. Does that even make sense? I was also informed by my bank I was charged an additional $50 from them for no reason! It was %$150 deposit and that's it! Plus a hidden fee of $50!!?? All I am saying is skip the headache for real! Don't go with these guys! I am sure someone from the company is going to write a comment under my review saying I work for another company or whatever else they try to say to cover the bad reviews up. Every bad review that is written is commented on by someone from their company to try to hide how horrible this experience has been! Good luck to everyone shipping their vehicles.
