I was told my vehicle woould be picked up yesterday, and that I would be given the contact number for my driver. My wife spent all evening waiting for someone to come and pick the vehicle up, or at least a phone call to advise the driver was runing late. I had to call today to find out that the vehicle would be picked up today, and he did, finally. However, I am still wating for Sarai to return my phone call, or reply to the three emails I've sent her to explain to my why I was never told that the vehicle would not be picked up at the specified and agreed upon date and time. Furthermore, when I asked the driver for his ETA in Massachusetts, he told me Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, when Sarai told me Saturday or Sunday, the latest. Lets assume that the drive got delayed for one day, that'd put him at an ETA of Monday, not tuesday or Wednesday. Finally, to top it al off, when I called the company to complain about all these lies, she tells me that "what I should worry about is that my car will be picked up and delivered", then Ii told her that she should deliver what they promise, but the "lady" just did not seem to care, and Sarai is nowhere to be found now...

I was actually warned by another company that this would happen, but I foolishly ignored him and now I regret it. I thought that he just trying to gain my business, and that it was a commonm thing for these companies to badmouth about each other. I thought wrong...

My advice: pay the extra $100 to $200 for the other companies, it will save you an ulcer...
