Michael sent me a email telling me that he had a driver in the area and that he could pick my car up. He told me he gureented me pick up. The day before my truck was supposed to be picked up he told me the driver wanted the weekend off and Monday my truck would be picked up. I waited Monday and my truck was never picked up. They told me they haven't found anyone yet and they were still waiting. This company was a Fraud!! They are rated F with the Better Buissness and have Alerts on them. They told me they would send my refund out that day and email me a photo copy of the check. That never happend. I tried to call them back and no one answered sounded like the company doesn't have a voicemail stating its SHOWTIME. Also when they do answer their phone they answer it simply as HELLO. Never saying the company name till you ask. If you hired this company call your bank and file a dispute! I just called my bank and they gave me my full amount of money back. ALso becareful if you do look up showtime auto on the better business webpage because there is another showtime auto also out of FL rated A+.

Dear Jamie your vehicle is dispatched for pick-up unfortunately sunday was easter and monday the driver didnt show up delays due happen due to unforseen circumstances. now jamie IF YOUR REALIZE THE BBB IS A BUISNESS THEMSELVES we have your contract and dispatch sheet to show we provided our service now how is that fraud this is the transport industry delays do happen wish you the best in your transportation.
