Ty,
After contacting 4 other companies I talked with Phil. I explained when I needed the car in Las Vegas and he said I would be contacted on the pick up date. I questioned the need of the # on
the back of my credit card and Phil explained its need. I told him that my daughter would call with some question also and he gave me info to help her reach him. I am a Senior Citzen and because of the patient & personable way I was handled, my mind was at ease already.

I received a call from Paul of American Auto Transport stating the pick-up date would be Tuesday, (4 days before my departure) Again Paul called and gave me a 2 hour window for the pick up.
When he arrived we talked and he gave me information on his drop off schedule prior to getting my car to me.

I arrived in LasVegas on Saturday and Saturday night Paul called and said he would be in Las Vegas Sunday a.m. and would call me when in route. Early Sunday Paul reported he would be at the drop off location between 8 am & 10 am. He arrived at 9:20 am.

Although the charges was between $150 to $250 more than other transporters, not having to worry about my car was wonderful. My car as received in good shape. Thanks to all who helped make this happen. Most Sincerely, Betty S Gilmore
