Customer Service lacking

My SUV was scheduled to be picked up 6/30 or 7/1/09. I placed the order on 6/1, a month ahead of time. No one called to confirm my pickup by 6/30, so I called and left several messages. It's a good thing I called because they dropped the ball, my order had not been processed, and the company had to scramble to find a subcontractor by 7/1. In fact, my SUV could not be picked up until the evening of 7/1, by which time I already had to leave for the airport to leave town. I had no option but to leave the car keys with my neighbor, so I did not meet with the driver for the pickup, which I felt left me very vulnerable. Ty offered no concessions for my inconvenience, and in fact hung up on me and was ready to cancel my reservation last-minute just for asking for this. My credit card was also charged the balance on 7/2/09, before my car was even delivered. Fortunately, my SUV arrived ok. I would not use this company again based on poor customer service.
