Showroom exceeded my expectations. I contacted Showroom on June 26 and requested that they tow my 30' Montana 5th wheel from Leonardtown, MD to Cortez, Colorado as soon as possible. Communication is very important to the customer who is waiting for the service. Showroom contact Ty keep me informed of what was heppening. Dispatcher Ron contacted me and said John Whann would be the driver and he would probably get there on the 30th. John called and advised he would pick up the 5th wheel on the morning of the 29th and deliver it to Colorado on 3rd of July. He hooked up at 8:35 am June 29th and delivered my 5th wheel to me in Colorado at 7:35 am on July 2nd.
