POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

LET ME FIRST SAY MY CAR WAS DELIVERED IN PERFECT CONDITION. SO MY ISSUE IS NOT WITH THE ACTUAL TRANSPORTER, WHICH SHOWROOM TRANSPORT WAS NOT. SHOWROOM TRANSPORT IS A BROKER AND SUB CONTRACTED IT OUT. MY CAR WAS DEIVERED BY STARWAY TRANSPORT.

MY ISSUE WITH SHOWROOM TRANSPORT WAS THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY BOOKED MY RESERVATION. I WAS TOLD MY CAR WOULD BE PICKED UP PROBABLY ON FRIDAY BUT IF I DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING I SHOULD CALL HIM TUESDAY. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY FRIDAY CAME AND WENT, AS DID MONDAY AND TUESDAY. WELL AFTER 3 PHONE CALLS TO TY AND NO RETURN CALL I GOT DIRECTED TO PHIL. (KEEP IN MIND TY IS THE OWNER). AFTER SPEAKING WITH PHIL HE SAID TY WOULD CALL ME BACK BECAUSE THEY STILL HAD NOT HEARD FROM A DRIVER YET. WELL, IT NOW BECOMES THURSDAY. THEN FRIDAY. STILL NO CALL BACK. STILL CAR IS SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY. NOW I DECIDE TO SEND AN EMAIL. THOUGHT MAYBE THEY WOULD RESPOND TO THAT. BUT NO!!! FINALLY AFTER AGAIN CALLING MONDAY AND TUESDAY I DID RECEIVE A RETURN CALL AND WAS TOLD CAR WOULD BE PICKED UP WEDS OR THURS. THURSDAY CAR GOT PICKED UP FINALLY BY A VERY NICE MAN FROM STARWAY AND WAS DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE. I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW AN OWNER OF A COMPANY WOULD NOT RETURN A PHONE CALL TO AT LEAST LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. IF THEY COULDNT GET A TRANSPORTER I WOULD UNDERSTAND. THE CAR WAS GOING ACROSS COUNTRY. I JUST NEEDED SOME INFO. TO BE PREPARED FOR DELIVERY. SAD TO SAY I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN THE FUTURE I WILL CALL STARWAY DIRECTLY.
