I contacted this company a couple of days before Christmas and a representative told me that they can guarantee to pick-up within 9 business days. So I paid half of $1290 as deposit. I asked my friend to take care of pick-up since I needed to come here. After 8 business days later, I called the representative and he told me he doesn't have a truck and he would call me back before he leaves. Of course he didn't call me then I called again 2 days later.. same thing and he didn't call me. So I decided to wait a bit. Around Jan 15th he emailed me saying "I fear that I may not be able to move this vehicle" Are you kidding me??? After almost a month later, all they can say is I may not be able to move your car..... I was so upset and told him that I want my money back right away and found other company. New company that I found did an excellent job even though I paid a bit more money. They did what they said they can do. After a week later, I still didn't get my deposit back so I had to call again.. Apparently, the person who handles "refund" was on vacation for entire week... believe or not. Finally I got my money back later. This company does only "broker" job. They will good job "if I mean only if" they can find a truck for your car. If they can't they will do nothing to make it happened. All they will say is I can't move your car after a month.....
