Horrible Service & Very Unprofessional

This company is very unprofessional & does not provide good customer service. My vehicle was picked up 3 days early, with a 10 min. warning. I tried to reach the dispatch/driver throughout the duration of the trip & could get no response. I had a confirmation email that said my vehicle would be delivered on Wednesday. On Tuesday, I made my 4th attempt to contact the company. Dispatch finally answered & told me my car would be arriving in approximately 2hrs. I explained that I was @ work & had no notice that it was arriving early, even though I had tried numerous times to call. Dispatch told me it could be delivered 2 my work & when I told them I didn't have the cash on hand, they asked if I could go to my bank. This is while I was @ work, in the middle of the day! When I said that wasn't an option, dispatch finally gave me the driver's #. When I called the driver, he was very rude & was not happy about having to wait until 4pm when I got off work. I explained 2 him that the only notice I had received was an email saying it was coming the next day. When I got off work I called the driver right away & he told me not to worry it would be another 40-50min. I told him my daughter had her Christmas program that night & the time I would be leaving. He told me I would just have to leave the money somewhere. I told him I was not leaving $450 cash ANYWHERE. He barely arrived before I left & to top it off, he left my dome light on. So when I returned home, my car was DEAD! When I contacted the representative, Chris Wood, he sympathized with me but gave me the run around about reimbursing any of my money. I have tried 2 call since then & no one will talk 2 me or return my call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They only want your money & do not care how rude or inconvenient you are treated as a customer. PLEASE CHECK AROUND FOR ANOTHER TRANSPORATION COMPANY THAT VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS & TREATS PEOPLE WITH GOOD SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!

We accept responsibility for our actions but unfortunately we do not arrange delivery times only dates. Delivery times are the responsibility of the shipper. As a broker we make every effort to mitigate such situations, but we can not control the driver for EVERY step they make. If there is something we can control we do our best to do so. The vehicle was delivered in a timely fashion, sadly the truck driver left the dome light on.
