My name is Jimmy Banks, I am a California resident. I'm a very sceptical consumer and hate to use companies i dont know. For situations as such I greatly depend on reviews of others to make an educated decision. I was referred to Shipping Experts by a close friend after purchasing a vehicle on eBay I needed it shipped from Huston TX to Sacramento CA. After doing my own research I didn't find many reviews of this company but decided to test my luck. Called Shipping Experts and spoke to Vince. He gave me a quote in 2 minutes, I took the offer and he emailed me invoice while I was still on the phone with him, extremely quick response. I was a bit worried dealing with them at first just because i did not find very detailed information of their insuranse provider on this site but after it was all said and done I was a satisfied customer because of the following:
1) Great Customer Service (got a quote INSTANTLY)
2) Detailed Instructions (emailed invoice and shippin instructions while I was still on the phone)
3) ON TIME Delivery (just like promised)
4) No Damage to my new vehicle
5) Competetive PRICE
6) Experienced Driver (I think his name was Ilya)
Highly recommended to everyone, would definately use them again!!!
