We received great service from Marcos at Shiplux. He responded promptly and efficiently.
One issue was beyond his control. The first transport company cancelled at the last minute on a Thursday when the. truck broke down. We had a really tight time frame, hoping to leaving Arizona ourselves as soon as the car was on its way. On Friday Marcos started the search for another transport and found one on Monday.. That driver arrived on time on Tuesday and the car arrived safely in Connecticut 10 days later.
It would have been a great help if the 24/7 service meant that the search for a transporter would continue over the weekend..
That said, we were pleased with Shiplux and would certainly use them again.
