I was shipping my vehicle from Washinton State to South Florida. The representive from Ship your car now Rodney gave me a quote of $1325 to ship my car with $175 up front. He explaned the process to me and said it would be that much because my car was going to be listed. I had reviewed the car shipment process which is all over the internet and realized that Ship Your Car Now was just a middle man and the $175 was a broker fee for finding a transporter for me and the rest would be paid C.O.D. to the driver, which is the actual fee the actual transporter would ship the car for. I told him I had some tires to ship with the vehicle and he told it would be fine and he would let the driver now so He wouldn't be surpirsed. Also he said the same driver would be picking up and dropping off the car. The next day I get another quote from Jay Woessner for $1200, which the company refuesed to match their own lower quote and Jay said he would have charged me $1400 actually to try and make it seem like I got a better deal. Then my card was charged $225 and I called Rodney who read he notes to me and said it should have been $175 but he doesn't handle the charges. Then I had to argue with their fianance side about the over charge before they would refund me the correct price on my card. The driver had no idea about the tires being in the car and said it would cost an extra $300. Only avoided the charge by driving to meet the driver along his route instead of a door to door service. Would not use this company ever again.

Ship Your Car Now LLC strongly disagrees with the above posted review. Mr. Irons was quoted $1375 for the transportation of his vehicle from Washington State to South Florida. This was the true price to move this vehicle. While a carrier was being lined up for this transportation another sales representative called the client and incorrectly priced the transportation. We apologized to the customer for the inconvenience but reminded him that it was a mistake and that we could not do the transportation for the incorrect price. Mr. Irons then accepted our original correct price. Mr. Irons was notified that putting excess weight in the vehicle would cause additional fees. Mr Irons ignored this information and over loaded the vehicle with items, mainly five tires weighing 500 lbs, that caused additional fees. Our finance department explained to Mr. Irons the specifics of his order and the finance department even made concessions to help alleviate his stress. As you can see if you go into the review, Mr. Irons gave us four out of five stars for knowledgeable and overall customer service, yet he gave us an overall rating of one out of five stars. After Mr. Irons posted this review, we called him to see what we can do to make him a happy customer. He said that he knew it was not our fault and he would remove the review. It has been two weeks and he has not removed the review, he will not answer our calls or e-mails, and he will not call us back. Mr. Irons review does not accurately portray our companies dedication to customer service. We strive for excellence and take pride in our 5 star rated transportation company. We went above and beyond our 100% service level promise for this order and sincerely apologize for any issues that Mr. Irons may have had as a result of our service.
