I called Tim after unsuccessfully trying to ship a car through another company. He arranged pickup a day earlier than expected and explained everything to me. He assured me he would be able to get my car moved without any delays. He was accessible by phone,email, and text and so was driver. He made a grandmother and two grandchildren very happy!!!!
