I originally contracted Motorcycle Moving in mid July to ship the bike. It was supposed to arrive in Phoenix on or just after 8/11/14.They told me they would pick it up sometime between Wednesday 8/6 and Saturday 8/9. Two weeks after the bike was supposed to be in Phoenix, it still was not picked up, so I contacted ship your car now, llc. The representative I talked to was Daniel Goldin and he was very informative and also explained how things would work. I told him I wanted it there by Friday and he assured me it would. He gave me the driver's name and cell phone number so I could get in touch with him if need be. The driver called when he was close by and picked the motorcycle up on Wednesday and it was delivered late in the day on Friday as promised. When the motorcycle is ready to come back to me, I plan on calling Daniel to get it done. I won't ever call Motorcycle Moving again. No, I was not given an incentive for this review. If a job is done right, I shoud not need an incentive but on the other hand, if the ball is dropped badly as the other company did, then that needs to be pointed out so the next guy doesn't make the same mistake I did.
