If you have never had a car moved you are in for a very frustrating experience. The drive that moved my car was difficult to get a hold of and he NEVER made one schedules that he committed to. He was supposed to pick the car up on a Monday and finally got there at 9:00pm on Wednesday. He was supposed to deliver the car on Wednesday and finally got there on Saturday. The move would have been OK if he would have given us realistic pickup and delivery times and showed up when he said or called if he could not make it.
The driver was an independent and not employed directly by Ship Your Car Now.
The Ship Your Car Now dispatch department was responsive, even after hours, but they were lied to by the driver too.
That being said Ship Your Car Now is probably as good a broker as any of them.
