The vehicle was shipped from Fort Hood, Texas to Aqaba, Jordan. Initial contact with salesperson was very good and helpful, making the move sound straightforward. The salesperson was keen to stress that the reputation of the company was very important to them. The vehicle was collected on time (1999 Ford Ranger) and we paid the transportation fee in full.

Once handed off from sales to accounts/tracking, the subsequent information from the Company was by e-mail and very cryptic - often difficult to folllow and requiring clarification e-mails from us.

The vehicle arrived in Aqaba, Jordan, where we collected it. All items in the cab had been stolen (jump leads, toolkit, first-aid kit, towrope). The GPS mounting had been snapped off the vehicle dashboard, leaving part of it behind and there were oily handprints all over the interior. The worst, however, was that the passenger safety airbag on/off switch mounting had been broken into - probably as someone thought this was a lock-box containing valuables. This made the passenger seating unsafe as it was impossible to tell if the airbag would go off by itself. Finally, all fuel had been drained, leaving the fuel pump dry and damaging it, requiring a replacement. Total cost to fix so far - $520, not including the airbag or contents replacement.

The Company has not reimbursed us for any of this and we cannot recommend it to others.

We understand your frustrations, however please remember the following: Your vehicle was shipped via RORO. Per the documents and instructions as well as fmc regulations provided any vehicles shipped RORO must not contain any personal effects, the gas tank must be around 1/4 tank, and all locked compartments will be opened prior to vessel shipment. We maintained contact throughtout the process and no further updates were requested when destination agent was provided. Please bear this in mind if you do ship your vehicle again via RORO. We recommend shipping via container if you want to keep personal effects in the vehicle. Regrettably, we are not responsible for the loss of your items. Thank you for shipping via Ship Your Car Now.
